Or you could say I put too many toppings on it. 3rd photo with the cross section you'll see, that white stuff is all cheese. Crust is barley visible.

• 2 anni faHow much ever yeast you are using, use x2 Diastatic Malt to help with browning.

• 2 anni faIn a home oven , browning is helped greatly with the addition of sugar. 1.5 -2% is all you'll need.
